SHIPPING & RETURN 

Once you have placed an order for juttis from LORE and a confirmation message will be sent to your email along with the invoice. We try our best to ship your FOOTWEAR order on time within 3-4 business days .

RETURN and EXCHANGE

*If you have any size issue or any other genuine issues we'll  surely do an exchange with the same product if available or with different product of the customers choice of the same price. And the sandal must be returned within 5 days without any damage. We will only do an exchange after a quality check.*We don't allow an exchange of the product lower than the purchased amount.*LORE do not currently have return policy unless we find it to be a genuine reason.
