1. When will the product be shipped?

We do our best to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

2. Do you provide refunds?

We don't provide refunds in ALORECULTURE .

3. Do you have exchange/return?

Yes , we do have an exchange if there's a size issue or if you did not like the product. The product must be sent back in 4days in unworn condition, free of damages and in original packaging . Once the product is reached back to us, we'll do a quality check and will despatch the same or different product according to availability.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.

Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.
